Learned counsel for the appellant has submitted that as per

the compromise arrived at between the parties, the compensation

amount of Rs.10,00,000/- is in receipt by the appellant. Learned

counsel for the appellant has submitted that since the grievance of

the appellant has been redressed, he want to withdraw this special

appeal writ.
