Learned counsel for the respondents submits that this

contempt petition has been filed alleging willful disobedience of

the interim order passed by this Court on 05.04.2019 whereas,

the writ petition itself has been dismissed by this Court vide order

[2023:RJ-JP:18640] (2 of 2) [CCP-1500/2019]

dated 23.01.2020. He, therefore, prays for dismissal of the

contempt petition.

On last date i.e. 19.08.2023, following order was passed:

"None for the petitioner.

List the matter on 22.08.2023 as 'seventeenth case' as prayed."

In view thereof, taking into consideration the contention

advanced by the learned counsel for the respondents, this

contempt petition is dismissed.

Notices are discharged.
