Inviting attention of this Court towards the order dated

24.10.2019 (Annexure-R-1) appended with the reply, learned

counsel for the respondents submits that compliance of the order

dated 01.11.2018, contempt whereof is alleged, has been made.

He, therefore, prays for dismissal of the contempt petition.

None for the petitioner even in second round.

Taking into consideration the contention advanced by the

learned counsel for the respondents and the order dated

24.10.2019 passed by the Director Elementary Education and

Panchayati Raj (Elementary Education) Rajasthan, Bikaner, this

Court is satisfied that there has been substantial compliance of the

order dated 01.11.2018.

The contempt petition is dismissed accordingly.

Notices are discharged.
