Judgment / Order

1. The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner with

the limited prayer that the trial Court may be directed to dispose

the Civil Suit No.32/2016, which is pending before it, within a

period of three months.

2. Counsel for the petitioner submits that the suit in regard to

Public Way and Temporary Injunction is operating in favour of the

plaintiff-respondents.

3. Considering the issue involved in the present writ petition,

this Court deems it just and proper to direct the trial Court to

decide the suit proceedings pending before it expeditiously.

4. Accordingly, the present writ petition is disposed of.

5. Since the main petition has been disposed of, all other

pending application/s, if any, also stands disposed of.
