The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioners

with the prayer that the learned Additional District Magistrate,

Bharatpur may be directed to decide the case No.31/2016 titled as

"Nemshri Vs. Mohan Singh & Ors." within a period of three

months.

Counsel for the petitioners submits that a suit for declaration

for permanent injunction was filed by him in regard to land

bearing khasra No.751/0.01, 797/0.22 and 944/0.01. Counsel

further submits that the learned Additional District Magistrate,

[2023:RJ-JP:16729] (2 of 2) [CW-9821/2018]

Bharatpur may be directed to decide the suit expeditiously

because the suit has not been decided so far.

Taking into consideration the submission made by the

counsel for the petitioners and the facts and circumstances of the

case, this Court deems it just and proper to direct the learned

Additional District Magistrate, Bharatpur to decide the case

No.31/2016 expeditiously and preferably within a period of one

year, from the date of production of certified copy of this order.

The writ petition stands disposed of, as above.
