Learned counsel for the respondents submits that in

pursuance of direction of this Court dated 13.02.2017, the

petitioners were required to submit a succession certificate which

they failed to produce in absence whereof, the petitioners could

not considered for compassionate appointment. He submits that

no contempt is made out.

Learned counsel for the petitioners does not dispute the

aforesaid statement.

In view thereof, this contempt petition is dismissed.

Notices are discharged.
