1. Heard.

2. A perusal of the judgment dated 07.05.2010 revealing that

despite making sincere request, the learned trial court has

dismissed the complaint filed at the behest of the petitioner, by

taking resort of Section 256 of the CrPC. There appears valid and

reasonable grounds to allow the petitioner to move an appeal

against the judgment dated 07.05.2010.

3. Accordingly, the instant leave to appeal application is

allowed. The memo of leave to appeal application shall be treated

and registered as an appeal. Office to proceed.

4. List the appeal for admission on 08.05.2023.
