Learned counsel for the parties are in agreement that the

controversy involved in the present case is squarely covered by a

judgment of this Court rendered in a bunch of writ petitions led by

S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.15986/2021 (Karma Ram vs. The

Board of Secondary Education) and other connected matters

decided on 02.03.2022.

Learned counsel for the parties have also submitted that

against the order dated 02.03.2022, D.B. Special Appeal Writ

No.160/2022 (Rajasthan Board of Secondary Education &

Anr. vs. Indu Patel) is also pending consideration. Therefore,

the present writ petition may be disposed of and the same will

also be governed by the decision of Division Bench in D.B. Special

Appeal Writ No.160/2022.

Accordingly, the present writ petition is disposed of with a

direction that the decision in D.B. Special Appeal Writ

No.160/2022 shall govern the relief prayed for in the present writ

petition also.
