1. The respondent - Yuvraj is present before this Court and
duly identified by his counsel. His presence is marked before
this Court. The service of the warrant is dispensed with.
2. Heard.
3. A perusal of the judgment impugned is revealing the fact
that a cheque was allegedly given by the respondent to the
petitioner in lieu of discharge of any legal debt or liability
which upon presentation to the bank got returned with the
information that the cheque was dishonoured due to
insufficiency of fund in the account of the accused.
Thereafter, a legal notice was served and when the amount
was not paid to the complainant, a criminal complaint came
to be submitted wherein, after production of evidence of
both the partied learned trial Court vide judgment dated
05.05.2018 has acquitted the accused.
4. From a perusal of the judgment, this Court deems it just and
proper that it is a fit case to intervene.

5. Admit.
6. The accused - respondent is already represented before this
Court by his counsel. Thus, no further process is required to
be issued.
7. The record is already received, put up in due course.
