1. An application has been preferred on behalf of the petitioner with

a prayer for extension of interim order dated 19.02.2019.

2. A perusal of the interim order dated 19.02.2019 makes it clear

that the same is not absolute and requires extension from time to time.

3. However, in view of the Hon'ble Apex Court judgment passed in

the case of Asian Resurfacing of Road Agency Vs. Central Bureau

of Investigation; 2018 (16) SCC 299 the interim order dated

19.02.2019 is extended for a further period of six months or

till the disposal of the petition whichever is earlier.

4. The application (IA No.01/23) stands disposed of accordingly.

5. The matter comes up on application (IA No.01/22) for early listing

of the case preferred on behalf of the respondent.

6. For the reasons mentioned in the application, the same is hereby

disposed of and list this matter after four weeks, as prayed.
