1. Learned counsel for the parties submit that by the impugned

judgment dated 24.01.2023, as many as 13 petitions were

decided. It is submitted that presently 5 special appeals have

been filed against the impugned judgment dated 24.01.2023,

which are pending consideration before this Court and SAW

Nos.330/2023 & 329/2023 and Inward No.9558/2023 have not

been listed today.

2. Further submissions have been made that they are unaware,

as to whether in other petitions special appeals have been filed or

not and they would make inquiries in this regard.

3. In view of the submissions made, connect these appeals

along with SAW Nos.330/2023 & 329/2023 and Inward

No.9558/2023. In case, on inquiry, it is found that other appeals

have also been preferred against the judgment dated 24.01.2023,

learned counsel would inform the Registry in this regard and those

appeals also be tagged with the present appeals and all the

appeals would be listed on 24.04.2023.

4. It would be required of the appellant in SAW No. 102/2023

to serve a copy of the appeal on Mr. C.S. Kotwani, who had

appeared on behalf of the High Court before the learned Single

Judge.

5. Office is directed to reflect the name of Mr. C.S. Kotwani as

counsel appearing for the respondents in SAW No.102/2023, in

the cause list.
