Heard learned counsel for the parties.

Learned counsel for the parties submits that the controversy

involved in the present case is squarely covered by a judgment of

this Court at Jaipur Bench rendered in a bunch of writ petitions led

[2023/RJJD/009504] (18 of 18) [CW-1382/2022]

by S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.13212/2021 (Gaurav Kumar

Singh V/s. State of Rajasthan & Ors.) and other connected

matters decided on 14.03.2023 in the following terms:-

"Mr. Singhvi, learned Advocate General further submits that after passing of the above interim order dated 04.03.2022, the State has proceeded further and appointment has already been given to more than fifteen thousand candidates. He further submits that the issue involved in these petitions is still pending and subjudice before the Division Bench at Principal Seat. He further submits that these petitions be disposed of subject to the decision/outcome of the aforesaid Special Appeal.

The prayer made by the learned Advocate General appears to be genuine.

Looking to the fact that the issue involved in these petitions is pending before the Division Bench, all these writ petitions stand disposed of with directions that the judgment/order of the Division Bench in the case of Rajasthan Board of Secondary Education, Ajmer and anr. vs. Indu Patel (SAW No.160/2022) would govern these petitions also. It shall be applied to this bunch of petitions.

In case the Special Appeal (SAW No.160/2022) filed by the Rajasthan Board of Secondary Education, Ajmer is dismissed by the Division Bench, the petitioners would be at liberty to move applications for revival of these writ petitions.
