Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for time to place on

record material to indicate that defendant no.2 - Gaurishankar

had any authorization by the Society to transfer the land in

question and/or the amount of consideration was deposited in the

bank account of the Society for the purpose of examining the

issue in light of judgment in Suhrid Singh @ Sardool Singh v.

Randhir Singh: (2010) 12 SCC 112.

Needful may be done within a period of two weeks.

List after two weeks.
