The instant misc. petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the petitioner seeking directions to the respondents to register an FIR on the complaint submitted by the petitioner.

Taking into account all the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner is directed to submit a detailed representation before the concerned Superintendent of Police within a period of fifteen days from today, who shall take up all the facts as well as contentions raised in the representation and decide the representation of the petitioner in the light of judgment rendered by Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case of Lalita Kumari Vs. State of U.P. & Ors. as early as possible.

The instant misc. petition is disposed of accordingly. Stay Petition also stands disposed of.
