The matter comes up for consideration of the application

preferred on behalf of the applicant seeking interim suspension of

sentence on the ground of death of his mother.

Learned Public Prosecutor has submitted the factual report

wherein, the factum of death of mother of the applicant is

verified.

Taking into consideration the above fact situation of the case,

we deem it appropriate to allow the interim bail application and

direct that the sentences awarded to the applicant-appellant vide

[2023/RJJD/008401] (2 of 2) [SOSA-260/2023]

judgment dated 23.04.2019 by the learned Additional Sessions

Judge, Deedwana, District Nagaur in Sessions Case No. 06/2015 is

temporarily suspended for a period of one week from the date of

actual release of the applicant-appellant subject to the condition

that he shall furnish a personal bond of Rs.50,000/- along with

two sureties of the likewise amount to the satisfaction of the

learned Trial Court.

In any case, the applicant-appellant shall surrender before

the Superintendent, Central Jail, Ajmer by 5:00 pm of

13.04.2023.
