1. Petitioner has filed the present habeas corpus petition
seeking production of the corpus who happens to be his major
daughter.
2. We have considered the contentions and have perused the
petition.
3. From perusal of the petition, it is revealed that petitioner has
already filed Missing Person Report on 03.09.2022. There is no
allegation of illegal detention in Missing Person Report. The proper
course available to the petitioner is to approach the concerned
Magistrate, hence, we are not inclined to entertain the present
habeas corpus petition.

4. Accordingly, present Habeas Corpus Petition stands disposed
of
5. Petitioner is free to approach the concerned Magistrate to
enquire about the progress of Missing Person Report.
