Appellant-Defendants have filed this first appeal under

Section 96 CPC assailing the judgment and decree dated

26.07.2022 passed in civil suit No.33/2015 (120/2009) by

Additional District Judge, Newai, District Tonk whereby and

whereunder the suit has been decreed by canceling the sale deed

dated 04.05.2009 and defendants No.1 to 3 have been restrained

by permanent injunction not to dispossess the plaintiff from land

in question and not to create any hindrance in use and possession

of the plaintiff.

Heard.

Admit.

Issue notice to respondents.

In the meanwhile, both parties shall maintain status quo as

to alienation and possession of suit property, as it exists today.
