IA No. 02/2022:

The petitioner has moved the present application inter alia

seeking extension of interim order by indicating that

notwithstanding the interim order dated 02.12.2019 passed by

this Court, the trial Court is proceeding with the matter in light of

judgment dated 28.03.2018 of Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case

of Asian Resurfacing of Road Pvt. Ltd. & Anr. V/s CBI.

The application is not opposed by the counsel for the

respondents.

For the reasons stated in the application, the same is

allowed.

The interim order dated 02.12.2019 passed by this Court is

extended till vacated or modified.
