Heard.

Though, learned counsel for the appellant sought to assail

the correctness of the order dated 16.05.2022 passed by the

learned Single Judge by which the interim protection has been

vacated, taking into consideration that the appellant admittedly

(2 of 2) [SAW-673/2022]

fails to secure the minimum qualifying marks in the interview and

is, thus, ousted from the selection process, we are not inclined to

interfere with the order passed by the learned Single Judge

vacating interim order.

The appeal is, therefore, dismissed.
