Both appeals have arisen against the judgment and decree

dated 22.4.2013 passed by Additional District Judge No.3, Jaipur

Metropolitan.

An application No.1/2022 has been filed by and on behalf of

appellants that parties have entered into compromise out of court

and settled the dispute as such appellants do not want to press

both appeals on merits.

For reasons mentioned in the application, the same is

allowed.

Both second appeals are dismissed as not press.

Stay applications and any other pending applications, if any,

stand disposed of.
