Judgment / Order

1. Matter comes up on an application (1/2022) filed by the

applicant for interim bail.

2. F.I.R. No.80/2020 was registered at Police Station Pushkar,

District Ajmer for offence under Sections 302, 34 &120-B of IPC.

3. Applicant has filed the present application for interim bail on

the ground of demise of applicant's father on 28.09.2022. Death

certificate has been annexed with the application.

4. Learned Public Prosecutor has opposed the application

(1/2022) for interim bail.

5. I have considered the contentions.

6. Taking note of the fact that father of applicant has expired,

hence, this Court deems it proper to allow the application

(1/2022) for interim bail and applicant is given interim bail for a

period of seven days.

7. The application (1/2022) for interim bail is accordingly

allowed and it is directed that accused-applicant shall be released

on interim bail for a period of seven days from the date of release.

He should surrender before the concerned Jail Authorities after

expiry of seven days. Applicant is granted interim bail provided he

furnishes a personal bond in the sum of Rs.1,00,000/- (Rupees

One Lac only) together with two sureties in the sum of

Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand only) each to the satisfaction

of the learned trial court.

8. List the main bail application after two weeks.
