Mr. Murli has put in appearance on behalf of the respondent-

claimant, thus, notice be issued to respondent No.2 only.

Since the challenge in the appeal mainly relates to quantum

of compensation, thus, there is no need to hear the respondent

No.2 on stay application.

Heard on stay application.

Thus, it is ordered that if the appellant deposits 3,80,000/-

along with interest before the learned Tribunal vide order dated

25.04.2022 passed by learned Judge, MACT Parbatsar in MACT

Claim Case No.161/2011 (CIS No.429/2014) within a period of

(2 of 2) [CMA-1373/2022]

two months from today, the execution and recovery of the rest of

the amount shall be stayed.

It is made clear that manner and proportion of the

disbursement shall remain same, as mentioned in the impugned

judgment by the learned Tribunal and any amount deposited

previously by the appellant, shall be adjusted toward the said

amount.

Stay application is disposed of.
