Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the Patta

issued by the respondent-Gram Panchayat, Dhalop (Annex.1)

dated 12.12.2019 is a registered document and, therefore, in view

of the judgment of this Court in D.B. Special Appeal Writ

No.899/2017 (State of Rajasthan & Ors. V/s Smt. Parvati

Devi & Ors.) decided on 01.11.2017, the revisional court has

no jurisdiction to adjudicate the issue on the validity of the

registered Patta.

Issue notice, returnable on 25.11.2022. Issue notice of stay

application also.

Meanwhile and till the next date of hearing, further

proceedings in Revision Petition No.104/2022 (Vikas Adhikari

Panchayat Samiti, Desuri V/s Sarpanch/Gram Vikas Adhikari,

Gram Panchayat Dhalop and Anr.) pending before the District

Collector, Pali shall remain stayed.
