Against identical orders passed by the learned Single Judge,

intra Court appeals have been preferred, wherein, the operation of

the impugned judgment has been stayed.

In view of the above, we entertain this appeal and issue

notice to the respondents, returnable within six weeks.

In the meantime, the effect and operation of the impugned
