Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the

controversy involved in the present case is squarely covered by

(2 of 2) [CW-14530/2021]

the judgment passed by this Court in S. B. Civil Writ Petition

No.12902/2021 (Abdul Rajjak V/s State of Rajasthan &

Ors.) decided on 11.10.2022.

For the self same reasons given in the case of Abdul Razzak

(Supra), the present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to

the Board of Revenue, Ajmer to decide the stay application of the

petitioner at the earliest preferably within a period of two months

from the date of receipt of the certified copy of this order.
