Heard.

Admit. Mr. K.R.Saharan, learned counsel puts in appearance

on behalf of the respondents-claimants. Hence, notice be issued to

the respondent No.5 only.

                                         Call for record.

                                         Heard on stay application.

If the appellant deposits 70% amount of the compensation

as awarded by learned Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Bikaner

vide judgment and award dated 21.6.2022 in Motor Accident

Claim Case No.56/2018 along with interest within a period of two

months from today, the execution and recovery for the rest of the

amount shall be stayed.

Upon deposition of the 70% amount as aforesaid, the same

shall be disbursed to the claimants in the proportion and manner

as mentioned in the award itself and any amount deposited

previously by the appellant, shall be adjusted towards the said

amount.

The stay petition stands disposed of accordingly.
