Heard.

It is informed by learned counsels for the parties that

the District Collector, Nagaur has been appointed as

Arbitrator in the matter for the purpose of deciding the

dispute regarding payment of compensation to various

persons, whose lands have been acquired.

In view of the above, these writ petitions are disposed of

with liberty to the petitioners to approach the District

Collector, Nagaur, who is appointed as Arbitrator, by way of

filing reference.

If any such reference is preferred on behalf of the

petitioners, the District Collector, Nagaur shall consider and

decide the same strictly in accordance with law.
