After attempting to argue the matter on merits for quite

some time, learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that

he does not want to press this writ petition, however, seeks liberty

for the petitioner to move appropriate representation along with

the documents, on which, he is relying before the appropriate

authority.

Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed as not pressed

with the liberty sought for.

If any such representation is filed by the petitioner within a

period of one week from today, it is expected that the appropriate

authority shall consider and decide the same strictly in accordance

with law expeditiously preferably within a period of two weeks

thereafter.
