in S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.3165/1996; Rajasthan Urban

Malaria Employees Federation and Ors. Vs. State of

Rajasthan & ors. (decided on 04.02.2010).

Counsel for the respondents does not refute the above

submission.

In view of the submission made and the ratio laid down in

Rajasthan Urban Malaria Employee Federation's case (supra), the

present writ petition is also disposed of in terms thereof.
