It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that

rejection of petitioner's candidature by passing order dated

22.04.2022 (Annex.14) after order was passed by this Court on

24.03.2022 in SBCWP No.4412/2022 (Annex.12) by the

respondents is not justified, as the case of the petitioner would be

squarely covered by Division Bench judgment in State of

Rajasthan Vs. Anil Bishnoi & Ors.: SBCWP No.286/2021 and that

the judgment in the case of Rai Vs. State of Rajasthan & Anr.:

SBCWP No.9429/2021, decided on 15.12.2021 would have no

application, as while the case of Anil Bishnoi pertain to the same

recruitment and the case of Rai pertain to some other recruitment.

In view of the above submissions, issue notice.

A copy of the writ petition be served on Ms. Vandana

Bhansali, who is directed to complete her instructions in the

matter by the next date.

List the petition on 24.05.2022.

In the meanwhile, the respondents are directed to keep one

post of Assistant Radiographer in the category of TSP (General)

vacant.

Office is directed to reflect the name of Ms. Vandana

Bhansali as counsel appearing for the respondents in the cause

list.
