Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in so far as

rejection of candidature of the petitioner is concerned, though the

issue raised in the present petition is covered by judgment in the

case of Pradeep Kumar Sen v. State of Rajasthan & Ors. : S.B.

Civil Writ Petition No.2581/2022, decided on 22.03.2022, wherein

similar petition was dismissed by the Court, the petitioner has

raised certain issues in the rejoinder pertaining to the fact that

those candidates, whose names were not included in the eligibility

list, they have been included in the provisional merit list and that

same may have implication on the merit list of General category

candidates.

A copy of the rejoinder be served on counsel appearing for

the respondents, who may file response, if any, by the next date.

List the petition on 18.05.2022.
