Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner

would approach the respondents by way of representation based

on judgment in the case of Dadam Das Vaishnav Vs. State of

Rajasthan & Ors.: S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.8309/2012, decided

on 20.05.2013.

Learned counsel appearing for the respondent-State made

submissions that the petitioner may make a representation based

on the circulars issued by the State Government, based on which

the representation made by the petitioner will be decided.

In the circumstances of the case where the petitioner is

relying on judgment in the case of Dadam Das Vaishnav (supra)

(2 of 2) [CW-15020/2021]

and the State is seeking to implement the circulars issued by the

State Government, the petitioner may make a representation,

which shall be decided by the respondents appropriately and

expeditiously, preferably within a period of four weeks, from the

date a representation is made by the petitioner after taking into

consideration the judgment in the case of Dadam Das Vaishnav

(supra) as well as applicable circulars.

With the above directions, the writ petition filed by the

petitioner stands disposed of.
