Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks withdrawal of the

bail application at this stage with a liberty to move a fresh after

(2 of 2) [CRLMB-15454/2021]

statement of the prosecution witness Sachin & Devilal before the

trial court.

Hence, the bail applications preferred on behalf of Binesh @

Banti S/o Banshi Lal, Dinesh @ Anna S/o Kaliya, Ramesh @ P K

S/o Shanti Lal and Rahul S/o Shantilal is dismissed as withdrawn,

however, the petitioners would be at liberty to renew their prayer

before this Court.

In the peculiar facts and circumstances of the case, the trial

court is directed to examine the said witness Devilal and Sachin on

preferential basis, preferably within three months from the date of

receipt of this order.
