Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the

issue involved in the writ petition is no more res integra and

stands resolved by an order of this Court dated 14.03.2022

passed in S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.1964/2022 in case of

Zabir Khan Vs. State of Rajasthan & Ors. and other connected

matters. He submits that the instant writ petition may also be

disposed of in similar terms.

Taking into consideration the contentions advanced by

learned counsel for the petitioners, this writ petition is disposed of

(2 of 2) [CW-6483/2022]

in terms of order dated 14.03.2022 in case of Zabir

Khan (supra) which shall apply mutatis mutandis to this case

also.
