An application has been filed by appellants-claimants seeking

restoration of S.B. Civil Misc. Appeal No.2575/2010.

Learned counsel for appellants submits that appeal was filed

for enhancement of compensation against death case. The

restoration application is well within limitation.

Considering the reasons mentioned in the application, the

same is allowed.

S.B. Civil Misc. Appeal No.2575/2010 is restored to its

original number.
