1. Petitioner has filed this third bail application under Section

439 Cr.P.C.

2. F.I.R. No.165/2017 was registered at Police Station Sadar,

Gangapurcity, District Sawai Madhopur (Raj.) for offence under

Sections 366, 342, 34 & 376-D I.P.C.

3. It is contended by counsel for the petitioner that first bail

application was rejected on the ground of petitioner having

criminal antecedents. Now petitioner stands acquitted in all the

cases.

4. Learned Public Prosecutor has opposed the third bail

application.

5. I have considered the contentions.

6. No ground is made out for entertaining the third bail

application as the matter is at fag end and there is specific

allegation of gang rape against the present petitioner.

7. This third bail application is, accordingly, dismissed.
