This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking the

reliefs as claimed in the writ petition.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that issue raised

in the present writ petition is covered by judgment in Jairam

Meena vs. State of Rajasthan & Ors.: D.B. Civil Writs

(2 of 2) [CW-15449/2018]

No.8796/2014, decided on 19.04.2018 and, therefore, the petition

may be decided in light of the said judgment.

Learned counsel for the respondents submits that the

petitioner may make a representation relying on the judgment in

the case of Jairam Meena (supra) and that the respondents would

decide the same in light of the said judgment.

In view of the submissions made, the petition filed by the

petitioner is disposed of.

The petitioner may approach the respondents by way of an

appropriate representation based on judgment in the case of

Jairam Meena (supra) and the respondents are directed to decide

the same appropriately and expeditiously, preferably within a

period of four weeks from the date a representation is made by

the petitioner in light of order in the case of Jairam Meena (supra).

In case, the petitioner has any grievance after passing of the

order by the respondents, the petitioner would be free to take

appropriate proceedings in accordance with law.
