The writ petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking a

direction to the respondents to include name of the petitioner in

the short-listed candidates for document verification, as the cut-

off marks indicated were 120 marks with Date of Birth 24.12.1998

and as the petitioner obtained 120 marks and his Date of Birth is

20.07.1991.

A response has been filed by the respondents, inter alia,

indicating that due to typographical mistake, the Date of Birth for

the cut-off was wrongly indicated as 24.12.1998, which should be

instead 24.12.1988 and that a corrigendum in this regard was

issued on 03.03.2022, which has been produced for perusal of the

Court as the same could not be filed along with the reply, as

another document dated 03.03.2022 was filed.

In view of the above fact situation, the counsel for the

petitioner does not press the writ petition. The same is, therefore,

dismissed as not pressed.
