Appellant-RSRTC has filed this second appeal assailing the

judgment and decree dated 08.08.2019 passed in civil first appeal

No.03/2014 affirming the judgment and decree dated 16.12.2013

passed by the Additional Civil Judge (Jr. Division) No.2, Jaipur

Metropolitan, Jaipur.

The second appeal is delayed by 380 days, for which

separate application under Section 5 of the Limitation Act has

been filed.

Learned counsel for appellant submits that after passing the

impugned judgment, because of Pandemic Covid-19, the appeal

could not filed within limitation.

For reasons mentioned in the application supported with an

affidavit, the same is allowed. Delay in filing the appeal is

condoned.

Second appeal be listed for admission on 13.04.2022.
