Learned counsel for the respondent(s) has placed reliance on

the judgments passed by this Court in the case of Chhotu Lal

Gurjar Vs. State of Rajasthan & Anr. (S.B.Civil Writ Petition

No.16754/2015) dated 07.12.2015; and Raj Kumar Singh Vs.

State of Rajasthan & Ors. (S.B.Civil Writ Petition No.17118/2015)

dated 28.01.2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner wants to go through the

said judgments and address the Court on the next date of hearing.

This Court also directs that counsel for the respondents will

call some responsible Officer of the Department on the next date

of hearing to explain this Court as how the petitioner, who is

already working on contract basis since 06.10.2008 on the post of

GNM, can now be declared unfit or ineligible to discharge his

duties on regular basis.

List the matter on 28th March, 2022.
