1. Heard.

2. It is informed by learned Assistant Government Advocate

that the corpus has entered into a registered marriage with Pankaj

Shekhawat S/o Gajendra Singh R/o Sultana Tehsil Chirawa District

Jhunjhunu.

3. The marriage certificate has been produced before the Court.

The same is taken on record. A copy of the marriage certificate is

provided to the counsel for the petitioner.

4. In view of the fact that the corpus has entered into a

registered marriage and she is major, hence she cannot be said to

be in illegal confinement, hence, this court is not inclined to

entertain the Habeas Corpus Petition.

5. Accordingly, Habeas Corpus Petition is dismissed.
