Heard.

In exercise of liberty which was granted by this Court, we

are inclined to restore D.B. Civil Contempt Petition No.

1455/2019 to its original number.

The application for substitution at this stage is not being

allowed in view of the petitioner's case that result was declared

in disregard to the order of the Court by the Registrar, who has

already been impleaded as the party in the original contempt

petition.

Issue notice for a fixed date of hearing to respondent-

contemnor and for his appearance before this Court on

13.07.2022 in D.B. Civil Contempt Petition No. 1455/2019.

Registry is directed to list D.B. Civil Contempt Petition No.

1455/2019 on 13.07.2022.

This application is accordingly disposed off.
