Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the
controversy involved in the present case is squarely covered by a
judgment dated 24/05/2022 passed by a Coordinate Bench of this
Court in S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.7422/2022 (Bhan Singh
vs. State of Rajasthan & Ors.).
In view of the above submissions, the writ petition is
disposed of while directing the petitioner to file a fresh
representation within a period of fifteen days from the date of
obtaining the certified copy of this order and the representation
shall be considered afresh by the District Magistrate,
Nagaur/Respondent No.2 by passing a speaking order, while
keeping in mind the relevant aforementioned judgment passed in
(2 of 2) [CW-9680/2022]
Bhan Singh's case (supra) and the existing policy of the State,
strictly in accordance with law.
All pending applications also stand disposed of.
