The application (1/22) seeking preponment of the date

for listing of the writ petition is considered and disposed of.

Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that

due to inadvertence, he could not file the requisites,

therefore, notices could not be issued to the respondent.

Learned counsel for the petitioners prays for and is granted

three days' time to file the requisites.

On filing of the requisites, let notices be issued to the

respondent, returnable within two weeks and be given 'dasti'

to learned counsel for the petitioners for service.
