The present writ petition has been filed for quashing the

impugned notice dated 06.01.2021 issued by respondent No.4

(District Excise Officer, Dungarpur).

The controversy in the present case is squarely covered by

the judgment of Division Bench of this Court in Jagdish Rayka

V/s State of Rajasthan & Ors., D.B. Civil Writ Petition

No.3245/2021 decided on 30.03.2022.

Accordingly, the present writ petition is disposed of in terms

of the judgment passed by the Division Bench in the case of

Jagdish Rayka (Supra) on 30.03.2022.
