This Court vide order dated 15.11.2021 has referred the

matter to the Mediation Center of this Court for amicable

settlement between the parties.

The Court is in receipt of a report dated 02.12.2021 of the

Mediation Center, wherein it is mentioned that since there are

chances of amicable settlement between the parties, the

mediation proceedings were kept pending and the next date fixed

before this Court is 20.12.2021.

Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that now

as the next date for mediation proceedings is to be fixed as 14 th

February, 2022, the matter may be adjourned up to 21 st February,

2022.

List on 21st February, 2022, as prayed.

In the meantime, the petitioners shall not be arrested in

connection with FIR No.139/2021 registered at Police Station

Mahila Thana, Jodhpur City (East), District Jodhpur and the police

shall not file any final report in the matter till the next date of

hearing.
