This Court is in receipt of a communication dated

24.11.2021 sent by the Judicial Magistrate No.1,

Bhilwara, wherein it is mentioned that on 22.7.2021, this

Court while disposing of the SB Criminal Misc. Petition

No.3808/2018, has directed the Sessions Judge, Bhilwara

to complete the proceedings of Criminal Complaint

bearing No.79/SW/2012 within a period of three months

from the date of receipt of certified copy of that order.

The trial court has apprised this Court regarding the

eventualities, on account of which, the proceedings of

Criminal Complaint No.79/SW/2012 could not be

completed within the time given by this Court. In the

aforesaid communication, it is mentioned that the

proceedings of Criminal Complaint No.79/SW/2012 could

not be concluded within the stipulated time, as on the

several dates fixed, the petitioner has failed to appear

before the trial court.

Taking into consideration the reasons mentioned in

the aforesaid communication, I deem it appropriate to

direct the trial court to complete the proceedings of

Criminal Complaint No.79/SW/2012 expeditiously,

preferably within a period of one year from today.

The application is disposed of accordingly.
