This criminal misc. petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has

been preferred on behalf of the petitioner seeking quashing of the

FIR No.304/2021 of Police Station Abu Road Sadar, Distt. Sirohi.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that since

the parties have entered into compromise, the impugned FIR and

further proceedings pursuant thereto may be quashed and set

aside.

Learned counsel appearing for the respondent No.2 has also

verified the factum of compromise arrived at between the parties.

In view of the above, I deem it appropriate to direct the

petitioner and respondent No.2 to appear before the Investigating

(2 of 2) [CRLMP-7005/2021]

Officer on or before 20.01.2022 and inform about the factum of

compromise arrived at between them.

The Investigating Officer shall verify the factum of

compromise arrived at between the parties and, thereafter, shall

furnish the factual report to this Court by next date of hearing.

Till the next date, no coercive action shall be taken against

the petitioner in connection with FIR No.304/2021 of Police Station

Abu Road Sadar, Distt. Sirohi.

List the matter on 27.01.2022.
