It is contended by counsel for the petitioner that plaintiff-

petitioner filed a suit for specific performance. Court below refused

to accept the document on the ground that the witness who

appeared on behalf of the plaintiff was not the plaintiff.

Application is accordingly disposed of.

Let the matter be listed for final disposal on 02.02.2022.

Till then interim order, if any, shall remain continue.
