S.B. Cross Objection (Civil) No. 28/2019:-

The claimants have filed cross objections for enhancement of

compensation, which are delayed by 3458 days. However, since

the appeal filed by Rajasthan State Road Transport Corporation

against the judgment dated 17.02.2019 has already been

admitted.

Let the cross objections be tagged with the aforesaid appeal

and heard while hearing the appeal itself.

The application for condonation of delay shall also be

considered at the time of hearing of the appeal of the Rajasthan

State Road Transport Corporation.
